Study on optimizing transition layer thickness to reduce tire sidewall delamination

چکیده

Abstract This paper begins with a common disease of tires. The analysis the sidewall area reveals that thickness transition layer is closely related to tire side delamination. combines phenomenon thinning actual working process. shape optimization method used optimize design while maintaining tire’s inner liner layer. Finally, finite element was for simulation verification. findings demonstrated optimum structure enhanced von Mises stress carcass chord by 8.04% and shear 8.79%-15.08%, hence boosting resistance decrease 12.98%-22.48%.
